Mayor Bowser's Partnership with CFE Launches a New Round of Support for Small Businesses

DC Mayor Muriel Bowser has announced the launch of two new grant programs that will support the District’s recovering business community and ensure that entrepreneurial resources are distributed with equity as a key focus. City First Enterprises is proud to partner with the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) to manage this latest round of grant programs, which will also include technical assistance for applicants. The two programs are: 

Commercial Property Acquisition Fund (CPAF) 2.0. In its second iteration, this program will provide eligible businesses with down payment assistance to help them acquire commercial property in the District. Read more here.

Bridge Fund 3.0. The program’s third round will provide financial relief to small businesses in the retail, restaurant, and entertainment sectors that have experienced revenue loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more
